At Professional Presence Web Design Agency, we recommend tools that support your professional credibility online—whether that’s secure hosting, dependable plugins, email marketing platforms, scheduling tools, or analytics software. Our recommendations are based on reliability, value, and client fit—not just commissions. That said, we believe in transparency. Some of the tools we suggest, link to, or install may be offered through affiliate, referral, or partner programs. This means we may receive a commission, credit, or other benefit when you sign up or make a purchase.

5. Your Choice of Tools

You are always free to use your own preferred software or services. However:

  • Declining a recommended tool may limit certain features.

  • Alternate tools may require custom development or additional time.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining access, updates, and licensing for self-managed tools.
